ONLINE STORE POLICIES:
All sales are final. Exchanges can only be provided for items we have in-stock at the District studio, and must be made in-person. Orders are fulfilled through Printful. Sales tax & shipping are an additional cost. For claims of misprinted/damaged/defective items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
